sRNA-1 (with Plux)

A DNA sequence whose product is a small RNA, which can bind on the complement sequence of itselfthe.

The following is the function pathway of sRNA

Fig 9. Hfq and a small RNA may sequester the ribosome-binding site of a target mRNA, thus blocking binding of the 30S and 50S ribosomal subunits and repressing translation.
