Applications of BBa_M36071

Our BIOE 44 lab group utilized this actuator attempting to drive its expression in e.coli. We attached the actuator to a rhamose sensor and attempted to over-express the protein. Unfortunately, we did not get our desired results. Our induced SoDA cells were unable to increase cell viability when exposed to menadione versus the negative controls and our non-induced proteins.
