mCitrine gene flanked by a kozak sequence for eukaryotic expression in biobrick format. This part is in pSB1C3.


This part was characterized in the biobrick version of pCS2+ (BBa_K812000) which contains the CMV promoter
J04450 was replaced by this part, it built the BioBrick BBa_K812130. The plasmid (BBa_K812130) which contains this part express mCitrine into Xenopus:
Tadpoles have 4 days (near stage 46) and the expression of mCitrine is localized in tail's muscles.
