Design Notes

The S7 nuclease was synthesized from IDT however there was a point mutation in the sequence that hindered the activity of the nuclease. Instead of the 'A' there was a 'T'. We did mutagenesis to change the mutation back to its original nucleotide. This brick has the S7 that has undergone mutagenesis and is functional.
