anticro

You can install this part into your system without an RBS ahead of it to produce an full-length antisense RNA, which can repress the expression of protein Cro from lambda phage. Cro controls the transformation of lambda phage into lytic life cycle, so anticro can inhibit this process and keep lambda phage at lysogenic stage.
