Due to patent issues, samples of parts containing the ccdB gene cannot be requested. - iGEM Headquarters


It's the coding region for the ccdB (control of cell death) gene. We cannot find the BBa_P1010(CcdB gene) in the plate sent from the parts.igem database.Then, we extract this gene from the plasmid pEntr-3C, and it shows two mutations and the stop codon different with BBa_P1010.
