This part is constructed from our cloned lux operon, BBa_K769010.
It consists of an inducible luxA gene and constitutively epxressed luxCDBEFG gene. We wanted to make the bioluminescent reaction time faster than BBa_K769011. By constitutively expresseing all lux gene except the luxA gene, we thought that the induction of just one gene would shorten the reaction time to observe bioluminescent. Sequence and Features
