BcsB controlled by promoter repressed by CRP

BcsB is controlled by promoter Pcar (BBa_K861171) which can be repressed by CRP-cAMP complex.So the expression of BcsB will be repressed at high concentration of CRP-cAMP complex.On the contrary,BcsB can be expressed at low concentration of CRP-cAMP complex.
