This part expresses LuxI, which generate 3OC6HSL, in the presence of 3OC12HSL. We constructed it with K934011 and K934012.

By using this part and (Ptet,LuxR,Plux,LasI part name), positive feedback system will be completed. That is to say, 3OC12HSL activate synthesis of 3OC6HSL and 3OC6HSL activate synthesis of 3OC12HSL.
