BcsB,regulator of cellulose synthetase

<a href="https://parts.igem.org/Part:BBa_K861100">BcsA</a>, BcsB, <a href="https://parts.igem.org/Part:BBa_K861120">BcsZ</a> and <a href="https://parts.igem.org/Part:BBa_K861130">BcsC</a> are involved in biosynthesis of cellulose in Escherichia coli. BcsB is involved in biosynthesis of cellulose, which is a significant constituent of the extracellular matrix observed during multicellular morphotype (rdar) growth. The BcsB protein was indirectly inferred to bind c-di-GMP.
