[LacI + LacIq promoter] reverse + [tac promoter + lac operator] forward

This composite part consist of K731300 part (lacI-lacIq) and a tac promoter followed by a lac operator in the forward direction. It is a composite part ready to use and facilitate the expression of a gene of interest under the control of IPTG and a strong E.coli promoter.
