Applications of BBa_K609002

1.In order to test the biobrick, we ligate the part with nisI, which is the part BBa_K609004, and the E.coli-Lactococcus lactis shuttle plasmid pMG36e(the erythromycin resistance gene will be knocked off later). The figures below show the recombinant plasmid and the result of ligation separately.

2.To transduce the recombinant plasmid to S.thermophilus by the means of electroporation.
