Design Notes

The nadE gene in the E. coli genome is originally terminated by downstream extragenic sites. The extragenic sties were replaced with the double terminator BBa_B0015 in our construct.

Source

The nadE gene was cloned out from the genome of E. coli strain BL21(DE3).
