Repressible Yellow Fluorescent Protein Generator (Hef1a-LacO-EYFP) MammoBlock Device

This MammoBlock composite device produces the yellow fluorescent protein EYFP at a low, constitutive level driven by the Hef1a-LacO promoter and repressible by LacI variants.
