kivd (alpha-ketoisovalerate decarboxylase) with native rbs(BBa_B0034) and terminator

This is the coding sequence of kivd from Lactococcus lactis subsp. It encodes alpha-ketoisovalerate decarboxylase which is responsible for the decarboxylation into aldehydes of α-keto acids derived from amino acid transamination. This is part of the isobutanol biosynthesis pathway. The rbs[(https://parts.igem.org/Part:BBa_B0034 BBa_B0034]) and terminator(https://parts.igem.org/Part:BBa_J61048 BBa_J61048) are included.
