Design Notes

Aldehyde Decarbonylase is transformed in PET29b+ vector with Kannamycin resistance. This is PCR amplified and purified to extract ADC. This is double digested with XbaI and PstI. Later this is ligated with AAR-PSB1C3-High consititutive that has been digested with SpeI and PstI.
