Applications of BBa_K606039
We observed the part fluorescing under the illuminatol, showing that the RFP is functionnal. Transcription is active for this part.
We have an indirect proof that the T7 is functionnal, because the double transformation with the part BBa_K606036 gives a GFP signal.
