BBa_J61025 ULB-Brussels team

We transformed E.coli with the DNA sent from the registry, but as the bad quality control indicated this part does not work. It doesn't confer Chloramphenicol resistance to bacteria, but its intermediate BBa_J61024 is working. We built a new version, but without the biobrick scar; this version is BBa_K551000.
