Spectinomycin resistance with promoter for B.subtilis

For reliable expression of spectinomycin resistance gene (Aad9 BBa_K143031) in B. subtilis, the strongest constitutive promoter Pveg and strong ribosome binding site spoVG BBa_K143053 were used. A double terminator BBa_B0015 ensures there is minimal read-through.
