Ovastacin expression cassette Bacillus subtilis P43 (BBa_K143013) fused with P22 binding site L (BBa_K3889091) and RBS (BBa_K1351030) in order to create P22 c2 repressed Ovastaci expression. Also in order to secrete Ovastacin PhoD signal peptide (BBa_K3889050) was also fused.

Usage and Biology
