CAHS 106094 with a 6X His tag and an AAV tag
This biological is the CDS sequence of Cytosolic-abundant heat soluble protein (CAHS) 106094 with an AAV tag. AAV tag promotes the degradation of CAHS 106094.

Design
This part is the CDS of CAHS 106094(BBa_K3457012) with an AAV tag at the end. This year, the part is used in the composite part BBa_K3457045.
Documentation:
Results:
The method to induce the expression of CAHS 106094 was the sanme as that in BBa_K3457012. Via SDS-PAGE, we observed the band of CAHS 106094 was obvious, but CAHS 106094-AAV was difficult to perceive (Fig.1). The result implied that AAV tag may promote the degradation of CAHS 106094.
