WT proU promoter
This plasmid contains the wildtype promoter sequence of the Escherichia coli proU operon which functions as an osmolarity sensor. In high salt, the osmolarity regulated RFP expression is induced.
An improved version of this part with a sequence optimization has been designed, the improved part is BBa_K2570020
