Registry Philosophy

Anyone may view most of the information in the Registry without having a Registry account.

However, to add new parts, edit parts, edit wiki pages or use certain other services of the Registry an account is Required. We allow anyone to open a new account on the Registry in the group Guests.

Applying for an account:
- iGEM members
  Note that individuals/teams interested in participating in iGEM must apply for an iGEM team and when accepted, will automatically receive a Registry account
- Academic lab (non-iGEM) members
  - PI Instructions
