This construction has been ligated into the BB backbone pSB1C3, so designing the BBa_K2656200 (pBioBrickator vector). Thus, in this BB compatible vector, BBa_K265620 acts as a selection marker to carry out the red-white screening while subcloning a composite GoldenBraid construction into the pSB1C3 vector. Moreover, this selection marker part can also be subcloned into any other Biobrick compatible backbone to give the new plasmid the same ability to accept GoldenBraid transcriptional units.
