pMagFast
pMag, a light-induced dimerization protein derived from VVD protein family, mutates at I52R/M55R. Its corresponding protein, nMag also derived from the VVD protein, mutates at I52D/M55G. They can heterodimerize under blue light irritation (470 nm, 3 mW/cm2). Their light sensing molecule is FAD which is normal in nearly all organisms.
This part is pMag-Fast, whose dissociation rate is more rapid than the origin pMag. It should be used together with nMag

If you want to use it, remember to fuse this part with the part you are interested in through a 12aa-linker, and remember to add FAD.
