Coding sequence from 5' end of the BCR3 gene sequence

BCR3 is a predicted secreted protein that localizes to [http://rspb.royalsocietypublishing.org/content/280/1750/20121952 aphids bacteriocyte cells].

This sequence is taken from the coding strand from a 5’ region of the Myzus persisae BCR3 gene. The Cardiff_Wales team is attempting to target this gene using RNAi.

BCR3_5_5 is cloned into the golden gate version of pSB1C3 (P10500) using BsmBI and conforms to the [http://2016.igem.org/Resources/Plant_Synthetic_Biology/PhytoBricks Phytobrick standard].

It is flanked by BsaI sites together 5' TACT and 3' CCAT cloning sequences for subsequent cloning into a level 1 plasmid.

This sequence is incorporated into a level 1 plasmid for plant expression as part of an RNAi construct with the complimentary sequence found in BBa_K2810006.
