This is the full coding sequence from the Myzus persisae BCR3 gene that the Cardiff_Wales team is attempting to target using RNAi.
BCR3_full is cloned into the golden gate version of pSB1C3 (P10500) using BsmBI and conforms to the [http://2016.igem.org/Resources/Plant_Synthetic_Biology/PhytoBricks Phytobrick standard].
It is flanked by BsaI sites together 5' GAGG and 3' TACT cloning sequences for subsequent cloning into a level 1 plasmid.
