This is a composite of the GFP C-term split subunit (GFP2) K2442400, the well characterised double-terminator construct B0015, and the well characterised lacI regulated promoter R0011


Usage and Biology

this composite was used for assembly of larger composite split-GFP AND-gate constructs.
