Arabinose inducible Chitinase A1
We combined the chiA gene for the Chitinase A1 with the Arabinose inducible Promoter araC-Pbad (Part:BBa_K808000). This opens the opportunity to determine the length of Chitosan to dimers if it is necessary. Due to the fact that we brought up the Part BBa_K2380027 in this part, you can change the Promoter with the RBS if there is the need of another one.
