Characterisation of the biobrick BBa_K325909: Luciferase luminescence induced by the lux operon at 28.8 °C for different concentrations of arabinose over five hours. DH5α™ competent E. coli cells were used, and the luminescence was detected by a Tecan M600 plate reader.
