RS 11:58, 2 November 2006 (EST): Please note that streak tests indicate that pSB1AT3-J45120 also grows on Amp-Cm. This is likely due to a carry over parent plasmid. DNA isolation and subsequent retransformation should solve this problem. I believe that this part does work since a minty smell is generated in the presence of precursor.
