QS and gold sensing part for chracterisation

GFP generator is included to monitor activity of the switch BBa_K1127016 [1]. GFP is expressed when the switch is OFF (no quorum sensing signal AHL), and vice versa.

Figures

The part was transformed into E. coli strain DH5 alpha. The bacteria were streaked onto LB agar supplemented with chloramphenicol and Xgal.
