In our project,we fused TD1 with a varity of antigens(HBsAg(Hepatitis B virus)<partinfo>BBa_K1074002</partinfo>,Ag85b(Mycobacterium tuberculosis)<partinfo>BBa_K1074003</partinfo>,PAD4(Bacillus Anthracis)<partinfo>BBa_K1074004</partinfo> ),adjuvant LTB (<partinfo>BBa_K1074005</partinfo>)and GFP(<partinfo>BBa_E0040</partinfo>), induced expression in BL21 and ''Bacillus Subtilis'' WB800N with IPTG and tested positive by SDS-PAGE and ELISA. Then we validated the  efficient transdermal function of TD1 fused antigen HBsAg by ELISA. Students in Wen lab also  validated the efficient transdermal function of  N-terminal TD1 modified GFP(not BBa_E0040)
