3OC12HSL -> PoPS Receiver

This composite part can be considered as 3OC12HSL in -> PoPS out device, because 3OC12HSL binds LasR (BBa_C0079) which turns on pLas promoter(BBa_R0079). This device produces lasR constitutively, under the control of a constitutive regulated promoter (BBa_J23100). Device input is 3OC12HSL. Device output is PoPS from the Plas promoter(BBa_R0079).
