LuxI protein generator with Ptet and RBS B0034 (TERM-)
lux I protein generator LVA-tagged driven by pTet promoter followed by BBa_B0034 high efficiency RBS.
The device is provided without Transcriptional Terminator.
It could be possible use this part into plasmid vectors (such as pSB4C5) containing a Terminator in their backbones.
This is one of four systems with different RBSs provided to modulate the synthesis of the 3OC6-HSL autoinducer molecule
(the other parts are: BBa_K516210 with BBa_B0030 RBS ; BBa_K516211 with BBa_B0031 RBS ; BBa_K516212 with BBa_B0032 RBS).
