hrpS Gene

This part is an improvement for the part：HrpS Gene uploaded by iGEM13_HIT-Harbin. The hrpS Gene codes for hrpS protein. The hrpR protein binds to hrpS protein forming a complex, causing a transcriptionally upregulated of hrpL promoter (hrpL Promoter) . The Amp30E Amplification Device consists of hrpR (hrpR Gene), hrpS and hrpL promoter (hrpL Promoter) .
