CD8 transmembrane domain
Together with CD8 hinge domain (BBa_K4175004), this part is used to connect anti-CD19 single chain variable fragment (scFv) with intracellular signalling motifs (e.g., 4-1BB and CD3ζ in the second-generation CAR). In our project, this basic part is used in the composite part, anti-CD19 CAR (BBa_K4175012).
