P22 Bacteriophag Coat Protein (T7 promotor)
This part is a generator for the P22 bacteriophage coat protein fused to a LPETGG-tag for Sortase-mediated ligation of GGGG-tagged proteins. This part was used together with BBa_K3187043 for the dual expression of the P22 scaffold protein and the P22 coat protein to generated P22 Virus-like particles, that can be modified on their surface using sortase-mediated ligation. The potential of fine tuning the expression levels of both parts was tested via BBa_K3187011.
