pMagFast

pMag, a light-induced dimerization protein derived from VVD protein family, mutates at I52R/M55R. Its corresponding protein, nMag also derived from the VVD protein, mutates at I52D/M55G. They can heterodimerize under blue light irritation (470 nm, 3 mW/cm2). Their light sensing molecule is FAD which is normal in nearly all organisms. This part is pMag-Fast, whose dissociation rate is more rapid than the origin pMag. It should be used together with nMag BBa_K2381001.It's function is proved by parts BBa_K2381017
If you want to use it, remember to fuse this part with the part you are interested in through a 12aa-linker, and remember to add FAD.
