ecf35 inducible GFP reporter
This part contains an Ecf30 promoter, RBS, GFP and double terminator.
Under the presence of Ecf35 (BBa_K2070009) , the promoter can be activated to generate GFP.
Experimental Validation
We have also measured the strength of the activated promoter relative to BBa_J23101.
