ecf sigma35

Ecf35 is an extracytoplasmic function (ECF) sigma factor taken from Pseudomonas entomophila used to activate the ecf30 promoter (BBa_K2070008). The sigma factor is found to be highly orthogonal to its corresponding promoter and can be inactivated by antisigma factor35 (BBa_K2070010).
