Applications of BBa_K1073026

When cjBlue is expressed, colonies on agar plates as well as the liquid culture exhibit a greenish color. Compared to other chromoproteins like aeBlue (BBa_K1073020), eforRed (BBa_K1073022) and amilGFP (BBa_K1073024) the development of the color is not as strong but still visible to the naked eye.
