Applications of BBa_K1073027

When assembled with a promoter and under expression of cjBlue colonies on agar plates as well as cells in liquid culture exhibit a greenish color (see BBa_K1073026). Compared to other chromoproteins like aeBlue (BBa_K1073020) , eforRed ((BBa_K1073022) and amilGFP (BBa_K1073024) the development of the color is slower but still visible to naked eye.
