Construct for testing MinC cell division inhibitor protein.
It consists of the following parts: promoter T7 BBa_I719005 + BBa_B0034 RBS + MinC BBa_K299806.
This construct was generating no transformants in BL21 strain in no induction conditions. This was probably due to leaky expression of MinC from pT7 that resulted in constitutive growth inhibition. However we were able to work with it in E. coli Top10 to confirm its correctness.
This construct was used for [http://2010.igem.org/Team:Warsaw/Stage2/Results MinC performance measurements].
