SR-AS-TEV-10xHis
Abstract
The SR-AS-TEV-10xHis protein was implemented in a pET28a vector. This protein could allow to test the polymerisation of [AS] modules (Part:BBa K3944000) present in recombinant green lacewing silk proteins N[AS]8C (Part:BBa K4439002) to create a very specific binding between two proteins.
No experiments were performed because of the time restriction, however one could do several interesting experiments combining this part with another of part containing recombinant green lacewing silk proteins (Part:BBa_K4439009).
