T7 Induced Riborgulated gRNA
A sample of a self-folding dCAS9 (BBa_K2841510) gRNA (BBa_K2841514) expressed by T7 RNA polymerase BBa_K1706007. Once fused with BBa_K2841514 the system will be capable of inducing 1.8-fold upregulation of sfGFP when used with the Warwick iGEM 2018 circuit.
