Design Notes
This part was assemblied by the part containing the T25 domain (BBa_K1638003) and the linker-GFP (BBa_K1638007). These parts respectively contains a BamHI res. site in the 3'-end and the 5'-end allowing assembly without creating a scarsite. Scarsite includes a stop-codon, which is not favorable for correct of assembly of fusion proteins.
