Inducible generator of eYFP with C-terminal GBD ligand

This part is capable to generate the enhanced yellow fluorescent protein (eYFP) codon optimized for usage in E. coli (BBa_B0034) and under control of a T7-promotor. To fuse the protein to an in vitro scaffold (BBa_K1602027) a linker-ligand construct was added. This ligand binds to the GBD domain of the scaffold.
