eYFP with C-terminal GBD ligand and RBS BBa_B0034

This part encodes for the enhanced yellow fluorescent protein (eYFP) codon optimized for usage in E. coli (BBa_B0034). To fuse the protein to an in vitro scaffold (BBa_K1602027) a linker-ligand construct was added. This ligand binds to the GBD domain of the scaffold.
