Hi there, Karmella.
I modified your part BBa_J31009 to be referred to as pSB1A7 rather than pSB1A4 because the pSB**4 series of vectors already exists so I didn't want there to be confusion. Check out Help:Plasmids/Nomenclature if you have questions.
